The world looks fresher today.
The Sun is out and we can see patches of blue in a bright sky.
The trees, shrubs and lawns are shiny and green.
Friends have stopped by,
I think my mood yesterday was more a result of
too many injections of Lidocaine
while at the dentist's office the day before.
It's easy to forget that our mind is connected to our physical body.
There are lots of factors that contribute to how we view the world.
We can't always feel light and happy.
Without the darkness and the rain,
how could we appreciate the sunlight?
