Comments: THINGS ARE CHANGING

I am not a yoga person myself, but I know several people who are into it and they all say that it isn't what most people think; they get quite a workout from it.

There are several kinds of yoga.

I am taking classes that are not very aerobic. So far, the classes have been mostly stretching, slowly moving the body, and holding a particular position.

The classes I am taking could best be discribed as meditation with movement.
