By now you may have heard that the California Recall Election has been stayed by the 9th Circuit Court. Apparently all the counties have not had the time or the money to update their voting systems.
According to an editorial in the LA Times titled Cure Worse Than Desease, the LA county registrar of voters, Conny B. McCormack is now more concerned. Apparently she doesn’t know if the new methods will be able to accommodate the total ballot that will result because of the delay, considering everything that will have to be included. They are talking about two separate ballots. Aarg.
